We understand though that sometimes you might need to seek claims support outside of normal business hours.
To ensure you are never facing issues alone we have a backup support system in place through our trusted partner, McLarens, who provide the after-hours Twenty4Seven Claims Response service.
If, for some reason you cannot reach your Penberthy broker or our claims team, in the first instance, please contact McLarens on 0800 66 56 56 for immediate assistance.
They will support you through the initial response and ensure everything is in place until we are notified and can formally lodge your claim.
Because being beside you, every step of the way means making sure help is always available when you need it most.
