Residential dwelling, garage, carport, fixture & fittings permanently attached to dwelling (stove, hob or other home appliance permanently wired, permanently plumbed or permanently built-in, floor covers/carpets, driveway, decks, gate, fence, permanently sited water tanks, septic tanks. Gravel/Shingle driveways/paths or paving are not covered. Fixed Carpets included under house policy.
If you are renovating your house, extending your home or building a new home, please talk to us prior to any works commencing as your insurance that covers your house has certain exclusions which may leave your existing house uninsured.
Household goods and personal effects, blinds, curtains, light shades, mats, rugs, garden appliances, golf cart or child’s motorbike not exceeding 50cc, portable spa pools. There are limitation amounts on jewellery, watches, photographic equipment, bicycles, watersports equipment, artwork – so it is important to discuss these items with your Adviser.
Covering your vehicles that are used for personal/domestic use. Remember even if your vehicle is used for business use, you may need to insure it under a commercial motor policy so always declare this to your Adviser. We are able to add Roadside Assistance to your vehicle insurance if requested.
Provides cover for owners of recreational boats, such as yachts, sailboats, jetskis, launches and trailer boats. Provides cover for a range of risks, including accidental damage, theft, vandalism and liability for injuries or property damage while operating the vessel. It can also cover costs related to towing and salvage operations.
Provides cover for your contents whilst they are being moved from one address to another.
